The BW-40LDR is a heated, mixed, vacuum-controlled stainless steel reactor vessel optimized for decarboxylation of 40L of crude extract in 2-3 hours depending on input material. It has the ability to remove volatile compounds under vacuum, making the terpene stripping portion of distillation extremely efficient. The BW-40LDR & includes an anti-foam system that allows for ‘set and forget’ operation; using a sensor, blow off valve, and an overhead stirrer with VFD for stirring and foaming prevention. Loading and unloading material can be done through a heated hose without opening the reactor. The BW-40LDR & also comes equipped with a cold trap for condensing of large volumes of volatile compounds. A Clean In Place (CIP) nozzle is integrated into the reactor for easy cleaning.
