The Peristaltic Dosing Pump is compatible with nearly any wiped film evaporator on the market. Acting as a bridge between the feed tank and the evaporator body, it transports fluid smoothly without requiring you to break vacuum to reload the feed flask. Material moves effortlessly through a tube inserted between the pump manifold and a six-roller rotor. As the rotor spins, each roller pinches the tubing, pushing the fluid forward with every cycle until you're ready to stop. When the tubing wears out, replacement is quick and easy, allowing you to maintain uninterrupted production.
